We want your order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If something is wrong with your order, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send return instructions if the return meets this policy.

Items must be returned in the same condition received, unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once a return is received and checked, refunds that meet this policy are sent to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order ships, the return process above applies.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards and sale items are final sale unless a return is required by law.
