WMHfarms ships orders from the United States. At this time, online orders are shipped to U.S. addresses where delivery is available and permitted.

Processing Time

Orders are normally packed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipment, but carrier delays can happen.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.

Destination Limits

If we cannot ship an order to your location, we will cancel the order and refund the payment method used at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier first, then contact us through the Contact page. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the package and item.
